We advise brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, flossing daily, limiting sugary foods and drinks, and attending regular dental check-ups for professional cleaning and advice. We recommend the SURI electric toothbrush for optimal dental care at home.

10. Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
The practice is located at 25 Eversley Road, Sketty, Swansea. Sa3 9DB. It is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm (closed 1:00pm - 2:00pm). On Friday the hours are 9:00am to 4.30pm (closed 1:00pm - 2:00pm)
